Refund policy

Customers may request to return an item within a 48 hour evaluation period by requesting an RMA by email or phone. The customer is responsible for all freight charges from Diffusion Audio and back, even if these charges are included in the original sale price and returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee. This fee is waived if the item's price is below $1000 or if payment was made by IEMT (interac) or wire transfer.

All custom order instruments sales are considered final upon customer approval of the specified order and may not be returned after delivery. Diffusion Audio requests a 50% deposit on all custom orders with the balance payable upon final shipment
