Shipping policy

Diffusion Audio offers free shipping Canada wide for all shipments over $200CAD before taxes. Diffusion Audio reserves the right to choose which carrier provides this service. We are able, by request, to arrange hold for pickup at a secure location close to the recipient, please call or email.

Weights shown for each product are the larger of the actual shipping weight or the dimensional weight used to determine the shipping costs. Please contact us to enquire whether we can provide an adjustment for shipping multiple items at the same time.

International customers (including the USA) should contact us before placing orders as some items are only available for sale to Canadian customers. International customers are responsible or all duties and taxes (VAT) that may apply in their respective countries. All International transactions over $5000Cdn must be paid via bank transfer. Please contact us for further information.

We declare the full sale value for all international shipments, no exceptions.
